“I found the complimentary shuttle service, especially with drivers like Bill who share local insights, to be a standout perk, making getting around Des Moines quite seamless. The cleanliness across the property was consistently noted, and the breakfast spread offered welcome variety. While some areas showed expected wear, the attentiveness of the staff, particularly in addressing issues, made for a reassuring stay.”
